Progressing Ballet Technique classes.
These popular classes are now running every Saturday 3.30 - 4.30
Dancers find this an excellent form of exercise, using the Swiss ball to reinforce training and technique through muscle memory. Especially good for turn out and core stability. Please bring a ball and theraband and mat. We have spare balls and mats but can't be guaranteed there will be enough for everyone
