It is often difficult to fit in conditioning exercises into ballet class, and never  enough time for  controlled deep stretching, both so important for the training of all dancers.

With this in mind, I developed the  STRENGTHEN & STRETCH class with Laura Vanhulle

This class can be done separately but is also a perfect complement to the PBT class before it.

Laura will take you through some challenging strengthening exercises combined with some deep stretching and breathing.......something dancers often forget to do!

PBT is at 3.30, followed by S&S at 4.30 every Saturday
