Ballet Fitness for adults every week

New class starting every Sat at 9.30 am.

Led by former dancer with Birmingham Royal Ballet Silvia Jiminez, this fantastic workout is a blend of Pilates, ballet barre work and gentle cardio. No ballet shoes required! It will work the abdominal area, bottom and legs. You don't have to know any ballet to do this class but the ladies love the elegance of the workout, striving for that ballerina poise and posture. Equally, if you have enjoyed ballet in the past and not a fan of going to the gym, this is the perfect exercise regime for you. You will definitely feel the results... possibly for the following 3 days!
