Ambra Vallo, former principal with BRB is leading this first workshop in Yoga for dancers. Concentrating on strength, flexibility and mind focus, for peak performance. Both Ambra and I realised the amazing benefits of yoga very late in our careers. Ambra feels her ballet career was truly at its peak through practicing yoga.
