A very popular class. This is a fusion of Pilates, ballet movements and gentle cardio. Ladies have found this to be a winning formula for toning the bottom, thighs and abdominals. The muscles are toned and elongated, like a dancer. A perfect time to get into shape for that wedding dress or bikini! No ballet experience needed, suitable for all.
