A very popular class. This is a fusion of Pilates, ballet movements and non impact cardio. Ladies have found this to be a winning formula for toning the bottom, thighs and abdominals. The muscles are toned and elongated, like a dancer. 

No previous experience of ballet is necessary although some love this class purely because they used to do it as a child or teenager. Former Soloist with Birmingham Royal Ballet, Silvia Jiminez will lead you through an excellent work out, full of fun.

Classes currently run on Saturday mornings 9.00 - 10.00 with Silvia Jiminez and Thursday eves 6.00 - 7.00 with Tori Drew
